Mr. Catoe announced to the Board of Directors this morning that he will resign effective Friday, April 2, 2010.I just called Ron to confirm, this is true. This is completely unexpected.The round table we held yesterday was well received by all participants including Mr. Catoe. We will recommend that whoever replaces him as the permanent general manager continue this effort.
